What we actually do

Three jobs, and you can take them separately. Conversations: someone covers messages at every hour, writing in your voice and inside the rules you set. Posting: a calendar decided in advance from your account's own numbers, not from somebody else's habits. Content protection: hunting down the copies circulating for free and getting them removed.

What we don't do matters just as much: we don't produce your content, we don't conjure an audience out of nothing, and we don't take on accounts that have no audience yet. Those are the three most common misunderstandings when talking to an agency, and we'd rather clear them up first.

How we work

You write the rules. What can be offered to fans, at what price, where we stop: it goes in writing in the first week and it holds for anyone who takes your seat, six months from now included. It holds even when it costs a sale.

No lock-in. There are no penalties for leaving and no upfront costs. If the relationship isn't working it has to be able to end without becoming a problem — it's also the most honest way to measure whether we're doing our job.

Numbers every week. Not a reassuring summary: what each kind of conversation actually returned, what grew and what didn't. It's the only way to notice in time that a choice isn't working.

Who we're not right for

If you're starting out with few paying subscribers, the maths doesn't work: the time it takes to set everything up costs more than it brings back, and you're better off doing it yourself and learning what works on your audience. We'd rather tell you than take you on and disappoint you two months later.

If your audience follows you because you are the one replying, a chatter takes value away instead of adding it. And if what you want is someone to push fans past what you're comfortable with, that isn't us: those rules stay yours and we respect them even when they cost.

The numbers, for what they're worth

We work with over 60 creators and together they have generated more than six million dollars. Those are the agency's totals, not a promise about what you will make: what an account returns depends on the audience it has, the kind of content and how much conversation happens. Anyone promising you a figure before seeing your profile is selling, not assessing.
